Anyways, I wanted to add chocolate chips (but since I don't have 90% off my stuff here, I had to be creative... đ). So I added one of my favourite chocolate bars in biiiiiggg pieces instead @mymuesli.nl đ this chocolate coconut flavour is just INCREDIBLE đ„ș

WHITE CHRISTMAS COOKIES WITH CHOCOLATE-COCONUT-PIECES *SNOW IN YOUR MOUTH* (GF + VG) âïž
đȘIngredients (5 cookies):
âŸïž 100g oat flour
âŸïž 30g shredded coconut @koro_nl
âŸïž 3 tbsp maple syrup
âŸïž 70g cashew butter** @koro_nl
âŸïž pinch of salt
âŸïž vanilla extract / flavour drops
âŸïž 1 chocolate-coconut bar* @mymuesli.nl
*sub for any chocolate bar of choice! Mars/snickers/twix all work even protein bars hahađ
**sub for any other white nutbutter (tahini, white almond butter etc if you don't have cashew)

Add the oat flour, coconut shreds, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, cashew butter together in a bowl and make cookie dough (add some plant milk if it's too dry) đ. Taste if it's too sweet add more flour if not add more syrup đ.
