The Story behind JENGOESNUTS

Welcome to my blog! I hope you're enjoying the recipes, videos & other content! I'm Jenny, the creator and girl behind @JENGOESNUTS. I'm really glad that you're here.

Let me first introduce myself, I'm Jenny, a 22 year old girl from the Netherlands. I started this foodblog as I struggled with gut health for many years and previously also an eating disorder. I documented my entire recovery on Instagram and managed to recover using the ``all in'' method. Ever since last year, as I was fully recovered, I really discovered my passion for food & fitness. I absolutely love to create amazing recipes and delicious foods!

Since I have been diagnosed with lactose intolerance as well as irritable bowel syndrome, all my recipes are glutenfree & dairy free. I also try to stay away from unions & garlic, as they tend to really stress my intestines. For the rest, I was vegan for 3 years, but at this moment no longer follow a vegan diet due to my gut health. I still eat 90% plantbased but also include some animal protein in my diet! This really works for my body right now, which is really nice.

I workout because it makes me feel good, strong & happy. Workout for the right reasons and not to change your body!
