So let's combine our favourite cake: cheesecake with another favourite cake: carrotcake.š§š¤©š°
Their baby can be made as follows
Ingredients:
* 1/2 grated carrot
* 50g rolled oats
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1 tbsp raisins
* 1 tbsp chiaseeds
* 250ml oatmilk
* 1/2 ripe banana mashed
* 1 tsp salt
* few drops of vanilla flavour drops @myproteinnl
* 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder @myproteinnl (optional)
* 1 tbsp peanutbutter
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 2 big tbsp coconut yoghurt (or greek yoghurt)
* 1 handful of chopped walnuts
Method
1. Preheat your oven on 180 degrees.
2. Blend the oats, cinnamon, raisins, chia, oatmilk, banana, salt, flavourdrops, peanutbutter, baking powder together and add the grated carrot.
3. Pour the mixture in a greased oven dish with some coconut oil.
4. Add 2 big dollops of coconut yoghurt or greek yoghurt in the middle.
5. Top with a handful of chopped walnuts.
6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. (like all my reels in the mean time XD)
7. Drizzle more peanutbutter on top and ENJOY!
