TWO LAYER PEANUTBUTTER THICKSHAKE | VEGAN & GLUTENFREE (5 ingredients)







Summmeeerrr is finallly coming!!! So it's time for cold shakes and smoothiebowls again!!! Yeaaahhh! And what's better than the combination of banana and peanutbutter? Well ADD CHOCOLATE OFCOURSE! This two layer smoothie has an optional veggie if you also want to sneak in some more health!

So get your bananas frozen and make this shake!


Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 30g peanutbutter

  • 1 tsp cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp Panela cacao nibs

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • optional: sub 1/2 frozen banana for 1 handfull of frozen zucchini

  • 150ml plant milk (I used unroasted almond)

Method:

  1. Add everything to a blender except for the cacao powder and cacao nibs.

  2. Blend until you get a very creamy smoothie and pour half of it in a glass.

  3. Add the cacao powder to the remaining half and blend it again.

  4. Pour this on top of the first layer and top it with some cacao nibs!

  5. Serve straight away!
