THE ULTIMATE NUTELLA SMOOTHIEBOWL | VEGAN & GLUTENFREE






OMG OMG OMG OMG! ALL CHOCOLATE LOVERS ALIGGGGNNNN + ALL NUTELLA LOVERS JUST STOP SCROLLING AND MAKE THIS! My lord, this is just heaven in a bowl. Do I need to say anything more? Let's dive straight into HEAAAAAAVEEEN!!


Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana + 1/2 normal banana for topping

  • 3 tbsp hazelnutbutter / vegan nutella

  • frozen zucchini (optional)

  • 150ml almond milk

  • 2 tsp raw cacao powder

  • 1 large or 2 small medjool dates

  • cinnamon

  • vanilla extract

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • toppings: cacao nibs & homemade granola

Method:

  1. Blend the frozen banana, (frozen zucchini), 2 tbsp hazelnutbutter/vegan nutella, almond milk, cacao powder, dates, cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt together in a blender until a creamy texture.

  2. Add the smoothie to a bowl and top it with half a sliced banana, homemade granola, the leftover 1 tbsp hazelnutbutter/nutella and some cacao nibs.

  3. Thank me in heaven!
