Lava cakes are everywhere nowadays and this my friends, is the ultimate (optional high protein) lava cake that will turn breakfast into a dream.

Ingredients
30g (glutenfree) rolled oats @meestersvandehalm
20g oat flour @kazidomi
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp chiaseeds @kazidomi
25g 85% dark chocolate @ecoalter
15g chocolate protein powder (swap for oat flour for no protein) @myproteinnl
1 tsp raw cacao powder @raworganicbio
1 pinch of salt
60ml creamy coconut milk @kazidomi
15g maple syrup (add more for more sweetness, skip for less) @biotoday
1 tsp cinnamon @verstegennl
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Combine the oats, oat flour, baking powder, protein powder, chiaseeds, cacao powder, salt and cinnamon together.
Mix the coconut milk with the maple syrup. Add more syrup for more sweetness ;)
Combine the coconut milk with the oat mixture and stir well.
Grease an ovenproof dish with coconut oil so the cake doesn't stick.
Pour the batter into the bowl and set aside a bit of the batter. Place the chocolate inside (the bigger chunks the more lava).
Add the rest of the batter on top of it.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes (every oven is different sadly).
Dig in! The quicker you dig in the more lava!
