THE BEST COOKIE DOUGH OVERNIGHT OATS (YOU NEED THIS)





Just a quick COOKIE DOUGH recipe for you guys šŸ¤¤. This one is so extremely amazing! Anywayssssss this is the BEST COOKIE DOUGH OVERNIGHT OATS you will ever find in your lifešŸ¤¤šŸ¤¤šŸ¤¤. I mean, dessert for breakfast is just a yes right? Overnight oats are therefore perfect! They are quick, easy to make the night or day before and the next day, grap and go šŸ’ƒšŸ». Or eat at home and then gooošŸ¤Ŗ. I love how creamy it gets!


COOKIE DOUGH

Cookie dough is absolutely one of my favourite things to eat. The combination of the creamy peanut butter with the oatmeal, the crunchy chocolate pieces is just HEAAAVEEENNN!! I make it soooo often (usually add a scoop of vegan cookie dough protein powder) but this time I wanted to make a version for you without! Why? Because I know some of you don't use protein powder! Soooo I opted for using yoghurt instead! Honestly it tastes amazing šŸ¤¤. It makes the oatmeal even more creamy than normally! I did choose to use a Greek Style so it's still higher in protein! šŸ’ƒšŸ» O and the banana adds some delicious sweetness! However, if you prefer to skip banana... I have some suggestions for alternatives below šŸ‘‡šŸ».


Jen, I want some substitutes:

šŸ˜± Who wants substitutes for cookie dough šŸ¤Ŗ jokinggg... Here are some suggestions:

  • Banana: for my banana haters use apple sauce šŸ˜ or perhaps pumpkin or sweet potatoe mash.

  • Peanut butter: essentiaaalll but tahini, almond butter or cashew butter works tooooošŸ’ƒšŸ».

  • Pea milk: I used pea milk as my plant milk, because you know, more protein šŸ˜. But feel free to use oat milk or almond milk or cashew milk or any milk you like!

  • Chocolate chips cookies : sub for anything u feel like, chocolate chips, granola, pb cups, banana, endless optionsšŸ¤¤šŸ¤¤šŸ¤¤šŸ¤¤šŸ¤¤šŸ¤¤


THE BEST COOKIE DOUGH OVERNIGHT OATS

(EASTER FRIENDLY)

INGREDIENTS:

(vegan & glutenfree & high protein)

ā°5 min + optional 3h+ fridge time

ā–Ŗļø1/2 ripe banana mashed

ā–Ŗļø50g of rolled oats

ā–Ŗļø2 biiggg tbsp of thick yoghurt/skyr/quark (about 100g)

ā–Ŗļø1 tbsp of peanut butter

ā–Ŗļøchocolate chips (as much as you want)

ā–Ŗļøcinnamon

ā–Ŗļøabout 100-150ml of plant milk (I used pea)


Middle Cream:

ā–Ŗļø100g of vanilla yoghurt


Top layer:

ā–ŖļøCRUMBLED CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIESSS


Method:

1ļøāƒ£Mash the banana, add in all the ingredients. Add more milk if the mixture is too dry, if it's too wet add more oats šŸ™‹šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø. Optional to add some vegan cookie dough protein powder! But I wanted to keep it without for this time

2ļøāƒ£Add the vanilla yoghurt in the middle (mix yoghurt + vanilla + maple syrup if you have normal)

3ļøāƒ£Crumble on some vegan chocolate chips cookies ;)
