Acai, one of my favourite berries ever since I discovered them some time ago when I was in Peru. Did you know that this berry has NO sugar?š¤© Incredible right?! But it's loaded with tons of antioxidants! I paired it with some other very powerful ingredients to make this smoothie bowl filled with superfoods!āØ Perfect for this weather! āļø
š±Ingredients:
ā¾ļø 100g frozen acai @acaiamsterdam
ā¾ļø 100g frozen banana
ā¾ļø 2 handfuls of fresh spinach/kale
ā¾ļø 50g frozen zucchini
ā¾ļø 1 tsp spirulina* @koro_nl
ā¾ļø 1 tsp supergreen food powder * @myproteinnl
ā¾ļø 1/2 avocado
ā¾ļø 100g berries
ā¾ļø 50ml coconut water
ā¾ļø 1 tsp wheat grass powder* @koro_nl
toppings: granola, peanutbutter @depindakaaswinkel , fresh fruit!

First blend the fresh greens with avocado, berries, coconut water and the powders together.
Then add the frozen banana, zucchini and aƧai and blend everything again!Pour it in your coconut bowl!
Top with granola, peanutbutter & fresh fruit!
