Queen šŸ‘‘ of protein balls & cups is back with another amazing recipe that will blow your mind! This snack is sweet & hearty and makes for a perfect pre- or post-workout as it contains 20g protein depending on how big you make it šŸ˜†. The combination of the sweetness of the strawberry jam & the nuttiness of the almond butter is absolutely INSANE! šŸ¤© I


So, let's make this and END OUR YEAR fit as a snowman!


STRAWBERRY JAM ALMONDBUTTER FILLED PROTEIN CUPS & BALLS (VG + HP + GF)

šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³Ingredients:

ā—¾ļø 200g strawberry protein powder @myproteinnl

ā—¾ļø 140g strawberry jam

ā—¾ļø 70g crunchy almond butter @myproteinnl

ā—¾ļø 250ml almond milk

ā—¾ļø 1 pinch of salt

ā—¾ļø 100g vegan coconut yoghurt


topping: grated coconut


šŸ“Method:

1ļøāƒ£ Add all the ingredients together in a bowl except the jam. Mix well until you get a thick dough. If the mixture is too dry add more milk, if too wet add more protein powder.

2ļøāƒ£ Form little cups and add a biiiiig tsp of jam in the middle and either fold them into a ball or leave them like this! Top with a little grated coconut and enjoy!
