This snack is sweet & hearty and makes for a perfect pre- or post-workout as it contains 20g protein depending on how big you make it š. The combination of the sweetness of the strawberry jam & the nuttiness of the almond butter is absolutely INSANE! š¤© I

STRAWBERRY JAM ALMONDBUTTER FILLED PROTEIN CUPS & BALLS (VG + HP + GF)

ā¾ļø 200g strawberry protein powder @myproteinnl
ā¾ļø 140g strawberry jam
ā¾ļø 70g crunchy almond butter @myproteinnl
ā¾ļø 250ml almond milk
ā¾ļø 1 pinch of salt
ā¾ļø 100g vegan coconut yoghurt
topping: grated coconut
šMethod:
1ļøā£ Add all the ingredients together in a bowl except the jam. Mix well until you get a thick dough. If the mixture is too dry add more milk, if too wet add more protein powder.
2ļøā£ Form little cups and add a biiiiig tsp of jam in the middle and either fold them into a ball or leave them like this! Top with a little grated coconut and enjoy!
