You remember the delicious snickers bananabread that I made? The recipe is on my feed! If you have a little left, I recommend you to do the following to make it restaurant worthy! I promise it tastes even better than just plain!
Ingredients:
1 tsp coconut oil
1 thick slice of vegan snickers bananabread
100ml coconut yoghurt
fruit of choice (I used banana, blueberries & mandarin)
peanuts, cacao nibs, chiaseeds @kazidomi_nl
Method:
Heat up 1 tsp coconut oil in a pan and fry the banana bread on both sides.
Drizzle over the coconut yoghurt, and serve with fruit, peanuts, cacao nibs & chiaseeds!
