SINGLE SERVE HEALTHY VEGAN CHOCOLATE ALMONDBUTTER CHEESECAKE (VG + GF + SF)






Inspired by my ultimate M&Ms cheesecake, you can also make a smaller version! This one is perfect for people who do not want a huge cake, but still a healthy & clean dessert! šŸ® It's absolutely delicious and makes a perfect breakfast as well šŸ˜.


SINGLE SERVE HEALTHY VEGAN CHOCOLATE ALMONDBUTTER CHEESECAKE (VG + GF)

šŸ«Ingredients base:

ā—¾ļø 3 unpitted medjool dates @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø 40g oat flour

ā—¾ļø 40g rolled oats

ā—¾ļø 1tbsp raw cacao powder @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø 40ml almond milk

ā—¾ļø 15g almond butter

ā—¾ļø 1 pinch of salt @koro_nl


šŸ«Ingredients filling:

ā—¾ļø 100ml full-fat coconut milk

ā—¾ļø 50g vegan dark chocolate

ā—¾ļø 1 tbsp maple syrup

ā—¾ļø 1 pinch of salt


topping: roasted almonds & almond butter @koro_nl


šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³Method:

  1. Mix all the base ingredients together in a blender. Grease a small spring form with some coconut oil and put the base in there. If the mixture is too wet add more oats, if it's too dry add more dates.

  2. Heat up all the filling ingredients in a small sauce pan and pour the chocolate sauce in to the base. Let this cool down in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Optional to top it with some nuts & fruit!

  3. Enjoy!
