PEANUTBUTTER JELLY, THE CLASSIC COMBO! Absolutely delicious, I tell you! But we all know the classic peanut butter jelly sandwhich, porridge, cookies etc. etc. But have you ever considered making it into a YOGHURT PARFAIT? I did 🙃 it took some experimenting but guys, YOU WANT THIS🤩
Ingredients chia-berry-pb-jam:
300g frozen berries
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp maple syrup @koro_nl (optional)
vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp chiaseeds @koro_nl
2 tbsp peanut butter of choice @depindakaaswinkel
Ingredients parfait (1 portion):
250g thick coconut yoghurt (or other Plantbased yoghurt)
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp chinaberry-pb-jam
vanilla extract
1 medjool date + 1 tbsp peanutbutter
toppings: fresh berries, 1 tbsp peanutbutter, 1 tbsp peanuts
Method:
Prepare the chia-berry-pb-jam by adding all the ingredients in a pan and let it heat up and become a jelly consistency. This should take about 3-5 minutes. Let it then cool down.
Mix the maple syrup, vanilla extract & coconut yoghurt together. Take a medjool date squish it in your hands together with the peanut butter to form a pb-date-ball.
Add half the yoghurt into a glass jar, then the chia-berry-pb-jam, more yoghurt and top with the pb-date-ball, fresh berries, peanut butter & peanuts! Enjoy!

◾️300 g bevroren bessen
◾️1 rijpe banaan
◾️2 el ahornsiroop @koro_nl (optioneel)
◾️vanille-extract
◾️1 tl zout
◾️3 eetlepels chiazaad @koro_nl
◾️2 el pindakaas naar keuze @depindakaaswinkel
👩🏻🍳Ingrediënten parfait (1 portie):
◾️250 g dikke kokosyoghurt (of andere plantaardige yoghurt)
◾️1 el ahornsiroop
◾️2 el chia-berry-pb-jam
◾️vanille-extract
◾️1 medjool dadel + 1 el pindakaas
toppings: verse bessen, 1 el pindakaas, 1 el pinda's
👩🏻🍳Methode: 1.Bereid de chia-bessen-pb-jam door alle ingrediënten in een pan toe te voegen en te laten opwarmen tot een gelei-consistentie. Dit duurt ongeveer 3-5 minuten. Laat het dan afkoelen. 2.Meng de ahornsiroop, vanille-extract en kokosyoghurt door elkaar. Neem een medjool dadel en kneed deze in je handen samen met de pindakaas tot een pb-dadelbal. 3.Doe de helft van de yoghurt in een glazen pot, dan de chia-bessen-pb-jam, meer yoghurt en top met de pb-dadelbol, verse bessen, pindakaas & pinda's! Genieten van!
