PEANUTBUTTER JELLLYYYYY! Who doesn't like it? I absolutely adore it! Post workout we all crave something cold and refreshing right? This one is PERFECT! It has carbs, protein & fats to help your muscles recover and satisfy your cravings!
Ingredients peanut part:
1 frozen banana
150g (frozen) zucchini*
60ml coconut yoghurt
2 tbsp peanutbutter @myproteinnl
1 pinch of salt
splashes of almond milk
optional: peanutbutter flavourdrops or peanutbutter protein powder @myproteinnl
Ingredients Jelly part:
120g frozen strawberries
60ml coconut yoghurt
splash of almond milk
1 scoop of vegan strawberry protein powder @myproteinnl
Toppings: 1 tbsp peanutbutter, chiaseeds, freeze dried strawberries & peanuts (and tons of granola hahahah)
Method:
Blend first all peanut part ingredients together and pour it in a bowl.
Blend the Jelly part ingredients together and pour it next to it.
Top with toppings!
