PEANUTBUTTER JELLY SMOOTHIEBOWL | VEGAN & GLUTENFREE & HIGHPROTEIN





PEANUTBUTTER JELLLYYYYY! Who doesn't like it? I absolutely adore it! Post workout we all crave something cold and refreshing right? This one is PERFECT! It has carbs, protein & fats to help your muscles recover and satisfy your cravings!


Ingredients peanut part:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 150g (frozen) zucchini*

  • 60ml coconut yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp peanutbutter @myproteinnl

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • splashes of almond milk

  • optional: peanutbutter flavourdrops or peanutbutter protein powder @myproteinnl

Ingredients Jelly part:

  • 120g frozen strawberries

  • 60ml coconut yoghurt

  • splash of almond milk

  • 1 scoop of vegan strawberry protein powder @myproteinnl

Toppings: 1 tbsp peanutbutter, chiaseeds, freeze dried strawberries & peanuts (and tons of granola hahahah)


Method:

  1. Blend first all peanut part ingredients together and pour it in a bowl.

  2. Blend the Jelly part ingredients together and pour it next to it.

  3. Top with toppings!
