ONE BOWL FUDGY BANANA PEANUTBUTTER BROWNIES | VEGAN & GLUTENFREE






BROWNIESSS! Who thought you could make brownies just from bananas and no flour? I think that's amazing right? This brownie is super rich and gooey and just extremely gooey and delicious! This recipe is one bowl and super quick to make as well!


Ingredients

  • 3 very ripe bananas (approx 250g)

  • 120g smooth peanutbutter*

  • 40g raw cacao powder

  • 40g vegan chocolate protein powder** @myproteinnl

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional) @myproteinnl

  • 4 tbsp plant milk

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • topping: pecan nuts (but anything works)

Method:

  1. Add everything to a blender or foodprocessor and blend it until smooth.

  2. Pour it in a tin loaf pan lined with parchment paper and let it bake for 15-20 minutes.

  3. Let it cool for 30 min and slice into bars or squares (or stars lol) and ENJOY!

** sub for 40g almond flour if you don't have chocolate protein powder, do add some more maple syrup if you want it sweeter!
