BROWNIESSS! Who thought you could make brownies just from bananas and no flour? I think that's amazing right? This brownie is super rich and gooey and just extremely gooey and delicious! This recipe is one bowl and super quick to make as well!
Ingredients
3 very ripe bananas (approx 250g)
120g smooth peanutbutter*
40g raw cacao powder
40g vegan chocolate protein powder** @myproteinnl
2 tbsp maple syrup (optional) @myproteinnl
4 tbsp plant milk
1 tsp baking powder
topping: pecan nuts (but anything works)
Method:
Add everything to a blender or foodprocessor and blend it until smooth.
Pour it in a tin loaf pan lined with parchment paper and let it bake for 15-20 minutes.
Let it cool for 30 min and slice into bars or squares (or stars lol) and ENJOY!

** sub for 40g almond flour if you don't have chocolate protein powder, do add some more maple syrup if you want it sweeter!
