NUTELLA SWIRL OVERNIGHT OATS WITH A CHOCOLATE LAYER | VEGAN & GLUTENFREE

Well my dudes, nutellaaa š« who doesn't love it? I definitely doo! š¤©And since schools are starting again, we need some quick and easy breakfasts that are delicious and ready to go immediately! This porridge tastes like heaven and contains all the delicious flavours of Nutella! Make your friends jealous, while cracking this shell š š
š©š»āš³Ingredients:
ā¾ļø50g rolled oats @meesters_van_de_halm
ā¾ļø150ml hazelnut milk @alpro
ā¾1 tbsp cacao powder @koro_nl
ā¾ļø200g coconut yoghurt
ā¾ļø1 tsp vanilla extract
ā¾ļø2 tbsp maple syrup @koro_nl
ā¾ļø1 tbsp vegan nutella @sovegansofine
ā¾ļø1 square of dark chocolate @ecoalterbenelux
toppings: roasted hazelnuts, vegan nutella, fruit of choice, nut butter
š©š»āš³Method:
Add the oats, hazelnut milk, 1 tbsp maple syrup, cacao powder, vegan nutella together in a jar and stir well until everything is combined and set it in the fridge overnight.
Make the yoghurt layer by combining coconut yoghurt with vanilla extract and maple syrup together in a bowl. Once the oats have soaked up the liquid add the yoghurt layer on top.
Melt the dark chocolate and add it on top of the yoghurt. Set it in the fridge for 10 minutes so it hardens and then enjoy! Crack it and dig in!

ā¾ļø200 g kokosyoghurt
ā¾ļø1 tl vanille-extract
ā¾ļø1 el ahornsiroop
ā¾ļø1 el vegan nutella
ā¾ļø1 stukje pure chocolade @alter_ecobnlx
š©š»āš³Methode: 1.Doe de havermout, hazelnootmelk, 1 el ahorn siroop, cacaopoeder, vegan nutella bij elkaar in een potje en roer goed tot alles gemengd is en zet het een nacht in de koelkast. 2. Maak de yoghurtlaag door kokosyoghurt met vanille-extract en ahornsiroop samen in een kom te combineren. Als de havermout het vocht heeft opgenomen, leg je de yoghurtlaag erop. 3. Smelt de pure chocolade en voeg deze toe aan de yoghurt. Zet het 10 minuten in de koelkast zodat het hard wordt en smullen maar! Kraak het en genieten maar!
