JUICY BLUEBERRY ENERGY BALLS | VEGAN & GLUTENFREE & EASY (5 INGREDIENTS)





These energy balls are SO JUICY! Who ever thought you can use fresh fruit in your energy balls? Well I'm going to tell you YOU SHOULD TRY THIS! You only need 5 ingredients (salt included) and a food processor and you're ready to go! The dates add a natural sweetness, the blueberries antioxidants and juicyness and the oats make it very satisfying and filling!


Ingredients:

  • 60g medjool dates

  • 50g rolled or quick oats (you choose my friend)

  • 50g frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 10g grated coconut

Method:

  1. Add everything to a food processor. Optional to leave the coconut out and only roll the balls in them!

  2. Shape the dough into little balls and if the paste is too sticky then put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

  3. Roll the balls in some more grated coconut (or not) and enjoy!

Ingredienten:

  • 60g medjool dadels

  • 50g havermout/havervlokken

  • 50g bevroren blauwe bessen

  • 1/2 tl zout

  • 10g kokosrasp

Methode:

  1. Doe alles in een foodprocessor (keuze om de kokosrasp pas later toe te voegen of alleen de balletjes in te rollen).

  2. Maak balletjes van het deeg en als het te plakkerig is, doe het even in de koelkast voor 30minuten!

  3. Rol de balletjes in nog wat kokosrasp en smullen maar!
