And I have been having this idea for soooo long in my mind and FINALLY created it! This High protein Overnight Oatmeal is NEXT level, it's more a combination between a chocolate mousse & a pudding! For my banana haters out there, I especially chose not to use our yellow š friend this time ā¤ļøā.

HIGH PROTEIN OVERNIGHT CHOCOLATE MOUSSE MADE WITH OATS (GF & VG & SF)
š«Ingredients:
ā¾ļø 50g oat flour
ā¾ļø 20g of @thatprotein chocolate protein powder (or use any other brand)
ā¾ļø 1 tsp vanilla extract
ā¾ļø 1 tbsp maple syrup
ā¾ļø 150ml almond milk
ā¾ļø 1 medjool date
ā¾ļø 100g of pumpkin puree (sub for sweet potatoe if you don't have š)
ā¾ļø 15g chiaseeds (!!! important!!!)
ā¾ļø 1 pinch of salt
Toppings: 1 tbsp of hazelnut butter or vegan nutella, strawberries, banana & cacao nibs!

The night before, blend everything in a high speed blender into a thick mousse batter. Pour into a bowl and set in the fridge overnight. The next day, top with anything you desire & enjoy!
