HEALTHY VEGAN ICE CREAM SNICKERS | VEGAN & GLUTENFREE






LIKE IF YOU LIKE SNICKERS ICE CREAAAAAAM! That's so good, honestly. I loveeee snickers! THe combination of the peanut + chocolate = heaven! In order to make it `healthy' I used banana for the caramel layer as it already tastes super sweet! So here is the recipe!


Ingredients:

  • ripe banana

  • peanutbutter

  • roasted peanuts

  • cacao nibs

  • melted dark chocolate

Method:

  1. Slice the banana in half and spread peanutbutter on both sides. Then add on roasted peanuts, cacao nibs and freeze the banana for at least 2 hours.

  2. Melt vegan dark chocolate and dip the frozen banana-peanutbutter halves inside. Enjoy!

Easy right? And sooo goood! WHAT'S YOUR FAV ICE CREAM?
