Want a healthy dessert that is high in proteins? Well my friend, this one is for you! I used a vegan coffee caramel protein powder from @greenpowders which makes this mugcake taste absolutely incredible! Feel free to use the microwave or an oven to bake it!
The fresh strawberries add some juicyness and natural sweetness to it as well as the banana. It pairs perfectly with some coconut yoghurt as well! All you need is one mug and you're ready to go! Add some maple syrup or coconut sugar if you find it not sweet enough!
ONLY 20 MINUTES AND YOU ARE DONE!
Ingredients:
1/2 ripe banana
30g oat flour
1 scoop vegan coffee caramel protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
10g coconut oil
60g strawberries
50ml almond milk
10g cacao powder
1 tbsp chocolate chips
Add all the ingredients except the strawberries and chocolate chips to a blender or food processor. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C in the mean time and grease a baking dish with coconut oil.
Cut the strawberries into small pieces and add it into the batter. Leave a few for topping.
Top with the remaining strawberries and chocolate chips and let this bake for 15 minutes on 180 C in the oven or microwave for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
