HEALTHY DOUBLE LAYER BOUNTY OVERNIGHT OATS (GF & VG)







CHOCOLATE & COCONUT šŸ„„ šŸ« such a combo of both amazing products in my opinion šŸ„ŗšŸ¤¤ I ABSOLUTELY ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEEE IT!


I have to confess, when I was little I did choose Twix & Snickers over Bounty (still do sometimes šŸ¤“) but I PROMISE you will LOVE THIS!

So here we go!

šŸ„„HEALTHY DOUBLE LAYER BOUNTY OVERNIGHT OATS (GF & VG)šŸ«

ā°5 min.+ overnight

Ingredients:

ā—¾ļø 50g rolled oats

ā—¾ļø 100ml of coconut milk

ā—¾ļø 100ml of coconut yoghurt

ā—¾ļø 20g of coconut shreds

ā—¾ļø 1 tbsp of maple syrup

ā—¾ļø 10g raw cacao powder

ā—¾ļø 20g vegan dark chocolate

ā—¾ļø 1 pinch of salt


Topping: vegan bounty šŸŒ±


METHOD:

1ļøāƒ£Add the oats, coconut milk, coconut yoghurt, coconut shreds, maple syrup & salt together in a bowl.

2ļøāƒ£Pour half the mixture in a separate bowl and add in the cacao powder.

3ļøāƒ£Now layer: first cacao oats, then white oats, then melt dark chocolate on top. Set in the fridge overnight (or wait for 2h) šŸ˜† and top with more vegan bounty (I used @biotoday_ ) and ENJOY!
