Who doesn't like apple pie or cookies? I definitely do!! These cookies are INSANELY DELICIOUS! 🤤 Super quick and easy to make, perfect for meal prep and will keep you full for long due to the oatmeal and peanutbutter, if you want to make it more filling, add some more nuts & seeds! I used the amazing oatmeal from @meesters_van_de_halm !
Even @veganleonora , friends and my parents approved them!
APPLE PIE COOKIES | VG & GF
👩🏻‍🍳Ingredients (12 cookies 🍪):
◾️ 200g apple turmeric porridge oats @meesters_van_de_halm
◾️ 300g rolled oats @meesters_van_de_halm
◾️ 100g diced apple
◾️ 200g apple sauce
◾️ 120g unrefined cane sugar
◾️ 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
◾️ 1 pinch of salt
◾️ 3 tbsp peanutbutter
◾️ splashes of oat milk
👩🏻‍🍳Method:
Add all the ingredients together in a bowl. Make cookies of them and let them bake in a preheated oven on 180C for about 25-30 minutes until golden! Enjoy with some nut butter or yoghurt! I promise it's super crunchy and delicious!
