GET YOUR GREENS IN! Who told you that? I didn't :P. Jokes aside, but despite my love for chocolate and cookies and granola, I also looveeeeee my greeens! The funny thing is, this smoothie might look like the definition of `health' but honestly, it tastes SO TROPICAL AND DELICIOUS! Like incredible! Also packed full of plant protein, so you cannot GO WRONG WITH THIS GUY!
Ingredients:
100g frozen zucchini
60g frozen banana
150g frozen mango/pineapple/papaya
1 handfull of spinach
1/2 ripe avocado
200ml coconut milk
1 tbsp green powders @myproteinnl
1 scoop vanilla protein powder @greenpowdersnl
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 date
1 tbsp hemp seeds
toppings: chiaseeds, roasted coconut flakes, 2 tbsp peanutbutter, Panela cacao nibs
Method:
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until you get a big creamy smoothie consistency! Add less coconut milk for more thickness XD.
Top it with the toppings! And enjoy!!
