HAPPY GRANOLA DAYYYY!!! I absolutely loveeee granola! For breakfast, for snack, lunch, dinner... Any time can be granola time! This super easy 6 ingredient granola chocolate mousse bites make a perfect pre/post/study snack or dessert! You only need a food processor and ready to go! In love with @naturallygranola ever since I tried it but unfortunately mine is finished :(((, so I used my @NEKOHAMA matcha granola which is amazing too!

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
50g crunchy almondbutter @myproteinnl
30g raw cacao powder @koro_nl
1 big scoop vegan chocolate protein* @myproteinnl
4 tbsp oat milk
granola**
Method:
Blend all ingredients together except the granola. Then set it in the fridge for about 2 hours. In the mean time just pulse the granola shortly so you get grounded granola.
Make little bites of it and dunk the bottom of the bite into the granola mixture. Top it with a little sprinkle of granola and enjoy!
Easy right?
*sub for almond flour if you don't do protein powder
