Part of my daily drinks is definitely: TEA 🍵. It is so extremely nourishing & calming for both the soul and the body. One of my favourite tea (next to Matcha 🍵💚 of course) is CHAI 😍. I absolutely loveee the flavour combination that is also extremely good for your body ❤️.
I think that nowadays we are so busy with working or studying that we barely take time for ourselves to take a little moment. Just smelling the tea already calms both the mind, soul & body, it is so incredibly FULL OF FLAVOUR 🤤 The combination of the different spices is just incredible 😍.
If you know me, I loveee a latte (drink at least 2 a day 🤫) so I paired it with my favourite barista milk: COCONUT 🥥. I tell you the combination of the sweet tropical coconut milk with the flavourful chai is just everything 🤤. Here's the recipe 👇🏻

Coconut Barista Milk...?
My absolutely favourite barista milk is really @alpro coconut barista 🤤. I never experienced a better tastier barista milk in my life 🤤🤤🤤 (I literally have 10 packages at home 🤣). Coconut is such underrated I think, but so extremely healthy! I love it in my matcha, chai, coffee (occasionally), golden milk, chocolate milk, you name it! But in case you don't like this flavour, I wrote an entire blog post with my favourite Barista milks! (I do need to update this one this year, as I have a few more new loves, but definitely worth taking a look!👇🏻
EYE OF THE TIGER COCONUT CHAI LATTE 🐯🥥🍵🌱
INGREDIENTS:
(vegan & glutenfree & easy)
⏰5 min
▪️1 tsp of Chai of the Tiger @tastea.eu
▪️125ml of Coconut Barista milk
Optional: 1 tsp of maple syrup or vanilla for a little bit more sweetness 😏
Method:
1️⃣Brew the chai tea (just add 100ml of hot water to it) and set it aside for a few minutes.
2️⃣Foam up the coconut milk and pour it over the chai tea! Optional to add a tsp of maple syrup/vanilla/honey if you fancy a little more sweetness!
3️⃣Enjoy ❤️
