It's the year of the TIGER 🐯, did you know that's it actually MY year? šŸ˜ (yeah I'm a ā»šŸ…šŸÆ, so be warned🤫)...


Part of my daily drinks is definitely: TEA šŸµ. It is so extremely nourishing & calming for both the soul and the body. One of my favourite tea (next to Matcha šŸµšŸ’š of course) is CHAI šŸ˜. I absolutely loveee the flavour combination that is also extremely good for your body ā¤ļø.


I think that nowadays we are so busy with working or studying that we barely take time for ourselves to take a little moment. Therefore, I chose this blend: CHAI OF THE TIGER šŸÆšŸµ from the amazing tea company @tastea.eu šŸ’š to maybe help you also choose a little moment for yourselfā¤ļø. Remember, YOU are the most important thing in your life 🄺!


Just smelling the tea already calms both the mind, soul & body, it is so incredibly FULL OF FLAVOUR 🤤 The combination of the different spices is just incredible šŸ˜.


If you know me, I loveee a latte (drink at least 2 a day 🤫) so I paired it with my favourite barista milk: COCONUT 🄄. I tell you the combination of the sweet tropical coconut milk with the flavourful chai is just everything 🤤. Here's the recipe šŸ‘‡šŸ»


What are the health benefits of chai tea?

Coconut Barista Milk...?

My absolutely favourite barista milk is really @alpro coconut barista 🤤. I never experienced a better tastier barista milk in my life 🤤🤤🤤 (I literally have 10 packages at home 🤣). Coconut is such underrated I think, but so extremely healthy! I love it in my matcha, chai, coffee (occasionally), golden milk, chocolate milk, you name it! But in case you don't like this flavour, I wrote an entire blog post with my favourite Barista milks! (I do need to update this one this year, as I have a few more new loves, but definitely worth taking a look!šŸ‘‡šŸ»


EYE OF THE TIGER COCONUT CHAI LATTE šŸÆšŸ„„šŸµšŸŒ±

INGREDIENTS:

(vegan & glutenfree & easy)

ā°5 min

ā–Ŗļø1 tsp of Chai of the Tiger @tastea.eu

ā–Ŗļø125ml of Coconut Barista milk

Optional: 1 tsp of maple syrup or vanilla for a little bit more sweetness šŸ˜


Method:

1ļøāƒ£Brew the chai tea (just add 100ml of hot water to it) and set it aside for a few minutes.

2ļøāƒ£Foam up the coconut milk and pour it over the chai tea! Optional to add a tsp of maple syrup/vanilla/honey if you fancy a little more sweetness!

3ļøāƒ£Enjoy ā¤ļø
