Yeah summer is coming up, but apple pie IS ALWAYS GOOD ALL YEAR AROUND RIGHT? And with this vanilla yoghurt parfait, you just CANNOT GO WRONG! THE COMBINATION OF THE SAUTEED APPLE, THICK VANILLA YOG & CRUNCHY GRANOLA IS JUST LIFE! Serve with frozen grapes to get an extra brain freeze on the side ;)
Ingredients:
1/2 apple
1 handfull of raisins
1 tsp coconut oil
cinnamon
300g (thick) vanilla yoghurt
homemade granola & frozen grapes
Method:
Cut the apple into small pieces and saute it in a pan with coconut oil, cinnamon and raisins for 2-3 minutes until the apple pieces are soft.
Make the parfait! Add 2/3 of the vanilla yoghurt in a glass jar, followed by half of the apple mixture, the more vanilla yog, more apple and top with granola! Serve with more crunchy granola on the side & frozen grapes ;)
