EASY DATE CINNAMON PEANUTBUTTER COOKIES (6 INGREDIENTS) | VEGAN & GLUTENFREE







You guys know how much I loveeeee @depindakaaswinkel date cinnamon peanutbutter! Also I loveeeee cookies so so so much!! SO why not combine the best of both worlds? Also I have never tasted SUCH GOOD DATES IN MY LIFE from @koronl like these are the biggest, juiciest, softest, sweetest dates I have ever tasted in my life before! These cookies are made with easy accesible ingredients and TASTE INCREDIBLE! The date pieces add some pieces of caramel and the crunchy peanuts are just fabulous!

The cookies are addictive so be warned haha, but it's okay if you finish a whole batch in one go ;)! The cookies are inspired by @pamgoesnuts ;)


Ingredients (9 small or 6 big cookies):

  • 80g oats

  • 60g @depindakaaswinkel date cinnamon peanutbutter*

  • 100g medjool dates @koro_nl

  • cinnamon @koro_nl

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 30g peanuts

  • 50g almond milk

Method:

  1. Blend half the oats into oat flour. Process 50g of the dates into a date paste, I used my hands because the dates were so soft! No need for food processor haha.

  2. Add all the other ingredients together in a bowl and mix with your hands! Form cookies from them and let them bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes on 180 degrees until golden!

Dutch recipe:


Ingrediënten (9 kleine of 6 grote koekjes):

  • 80g havervlokken

  • 60g @depindakaaswinkel dadel kaneel pindakaas*

  • 100g medjool dadels @koronl

  • kaneel + 1 snufje zout

  • 30 g pinda's

  • 50 gram amandelmelk

Methode:

  1. Mix de helft van de havermout tot havermeel. Verwerk 50 g van de dadels tot een dadelpasta, ik gebruikte mijn handen omdat de dadels zo zacht waren! Geen keukenmachine nodig haha.

  2. Voeg alle andere ingrediënten bij elkaar in een kom en meng met je handen! Vorm er koekjes van en laat ze in een voorverwarmde oven gedurende 15 minuten op 180 graden goudbruin bakken!

  3. Genieten!
