EASY 3 INGREDIENT PUMPKIN CRISPS | VEGAN & GLUTENFREE




Crisps, perfect snack right? Definitely with this hot weather we all crave something salty occasionally, but all the crisps in the supermarket are usually super deep fried... So, I came up with these guys, cause PUMPKIN LOVE IS ETERNAL! All you need is some pumpkin + salt + oil and you're done ;)


Ingredients:

  • butternut squash

  • olive oil

  • salt

  • optional: spices

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cut the butternut squash into thin slices.

  2. Add olive oil, salt and optional spices (I used rosemary) to it and make sure all the slices are coated. Then let them bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes and flip them halfway through!

  3. Enjoy!
