DOUBLE LAYER PROTEIN NUTELLA SANDWHICH COOKIES (GF + VG)

šŖDOUBLE LAYER PROTEIN NUTELLA SANDWHICH COOKIES šŖ
š©š»āš³Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas (250g)
- 50g coconut sugar
- 80g hazelnut butter (sub for pb if you don't have it) @koro_nl
- 60g oat flour
- 75g vegan salted caramel protein powder @myproteinnl
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Method:
1ļøā£Combine the wet: mash banana, ad sugar, hazelnut butter and salt.
2ļøā£ Add in the flour, baking powder and protein powder and mix together. Set it in the fridge for 30 min.
3ļøā£ Preheat the oven to 180C and then shape the cookies into 12 pieces and flatten them. Bake them for about 10-15 min.
4ļøā£Let them cool and melt vegan dark chocolate (100g) and spread onto the 6 cookies. Then top with another one!
