DOUBLE LAYER PROTEIN NUTELLA SANDWHICH COOKIES (GF + VG)


Well, just make them and you got yourself a delicious healthy snack to last throughout the week! 🤩 Who doesn't like to have a handy snack at hand? I love to pair it with a pumpkin 🎃 spiced latte 😆.

🍪DOUBLE LAYER PROTEIN NUTELLA SANDWHICH COOKIES 🍪

👩🏻‍🍳Ingredients:

- 2 ripe bananas (250g)

- 50g coconut sugar

- 80g hazelnut butter (sub for pb if you don't have it) @koro_nl

- 60g oat flour

- 75g vegan salted caramel protein powder @myproteinnl

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 pinch of salt


Method:

1️⃣Combine the wet: mash banana, ad sugar, hazelnut butter and salt.

2️⃣ Add in the flour, baking powder and protein powder and mix together. Set it in the fridge for 30 min.

3️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180C and then shape the cookies into 12 pieces and flatten them. Bake them for about 10-15 min.

4️⃣Let them cool and melt vegan dark chocolate (100g) and spread onto the 6 cookies. Then top with another one!
