DOUBLE LAYER PROTEIN NUTELLA SANDWHICH COOKIES (GF + VG)


Well, just make them and you got yourself a delicious healthy snack to last throughout the week! šŸ¤© Who doesn't like to have a handy snack at hand? I love to pair it with a pumpkin šŸŽƒ spiced latte šŸ˜†.

šŸŖDOUBLE LAYER PROTEIN NUTELLA SANDWHICH COOKIES šŸŖ

šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³Ingredients:

- 2 ripe bananas (250g)

- 50g coconut sugar

- 80g hazelnut butter (sub for pb if you don't have it) @koro_nl

- 60g oat flour

- 75g vegan salted caramel protein powder @myproteinnl

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 pinch of salt


Method:

1ļøāƒ£Combine the wet: mash banana, ad sugar, hazelnut butter and salt.

2ļøāƒ£ Add in the flour, baking powder and protein powder and mix together. Set it in the fridge for 30 min.

3ļøāƒ£ Preheat the oven to 180C and then shape the cookies into 12 pieces and flatten them. Bake them for about 10-15 min.

4ļøāƒ£Let them cool and melt vegan dark chocolate (100g) and spread onto the 6 cookies. Then top with another one!
