Well, I wouldn't be Jenny If I didn't bake some kind of cookie ๐Ÿช every week right? ๐Ÿ˜† I absolutely loveeee cookies and these are just a YESS!! I used my beloved salted caramel protein powder from @myproteinnl which is just incredible in about every dish ๐Ÿ˜† o and the banana ๐ŸŒ is of course present as well, but feel free to swap for apple ๐ŸŽ sauce if you don't like my yellow friend ๐Ÿ™ƒ.


DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP SALTED CARAMEL COOKIES (VG & GF & HP)

Ingredients (8 small cookies):

โ—พ๏ธ 30g oat flour

โ—พ๏ธ 40g salted caramel protein powder @myproteinnl*

โ—พ๏ธ 1 pinch of salt

โ—พ๏ธ 20g raw cacao powder

โ—พ๏ธ 40g of ripe banana

โ—พ๏ธ splash of coconut milk

โ—พ๏ธ 40g (protein) peanutbutter

โ—พ๏ธ 20g cacao nibs / chocolate chips

โ—พ๏ธ 2 tbsp of maple syrup

for more sweetness: add 2 tbsp of maple syrup


*sub for 40g of ground almonds/hazelnuts + 20g coconut sugar


Method:

1๏ธโƒฃAdd all the dry ingredients together except the cacao nibs or chocolate chips (you choose your preference at the end).

2๏ธโƒฃMash the banana and add it together with the peanutbutter & a splash of coconut milk to the dry mixture.

3๏ธโƒฃFold in the chocolate chips/cacao nibs & form small cookies. Let this bake one 170C for about 10 min. Let cool and ENJOY! ๐Ÿ˜Š
