CRUNCHY DATE CINNAMON PEANUTBUTTER APPLE PIE GRANOLA *YOU NEED THIS*






Man oh man, it's been a while since I made granola (correction, it's been WAY TOO LONG SINCE I MADE GRANOLA!) but ya girl is back šŸ’šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø with the BEST CRUNCHY DATE CINNAMON PEANUTBUTTER APPLE PIE GRANOLA YOU WILL EVER TASTE IN UR LIFE! It's crunchy, high protein (if you use @koro_nl soy crispies) and too delicious for words! All the fall flavours combined into one amazing dish!


šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³Ingredients:

ā—¾ļø 120g rolled oats

ā—¾ļø 200g apple diced

ā—¾ļø 40g pecans @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø 50g @depindakaaswinkel date cinnamon peanutbutter*

ā—¾ļø 50g apple sauce

ā—¾ļø 1-2 tbsp maple syrup @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø 60g soy crispies** @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø pumpkin pie spice @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø 1 pinch of salt


*sub for regular peanutbutter if you don't have this and if you want you can add 2 chopped dates and as much cinnamon as you want!


** sub for puffed grains or puffed rice instead!


šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160C.

  2. Dice your favourite apples into small cubes.

  3. Add the apple, oats, pumpkin spice, salt and soy crispies together in a bowl and mix until everything is combined.

  4. In a separate bowl mix the peanutbutter, maple syrup, apple sauce together and pour it over the oat-apple mixture. Let this bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.

  5. In the mean time chop the pecans into smaller bites (or leave them like this). After the 15min add the pecans as well and stir through the granola. Let this bake for another 10 minutes.

  6. Enjoy! šŸ˜Š I promise this won't last long šŸ˜†
