CREAMY ALMONDBUTTER TEFF PORRIDGE | VEGAN & GLUTENFREE (5 minutes)









ALMONDBUTTERRR!!! One of my all time favourite nutbutters and it's so versatile to use! the texture of the crunchyness as well as the sweetness of the berries go so well together! Teff is also such an underrated grain and very quick and easy to make!

So hop in the kitchen and give me 5 minutes and you got yourself a delicious nutritious breakfast!


Ingredients:

  • 50g teff flakes

  • 1 tbsp chiaseeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 200ml plant milk (I used coconut)

  • 2 tbsp almondbutter (crunchy)

  • fresh berries, flaxseeds & coconut (as topping)

Method:

  1. Heat up the plantmilk, salt, cinnamon, chiaseeds in a pan and once it's hot turn of the stove and add the teff flakes and 1 tbsp almondbutter.

  2. Stir it all together and add the berries, flaxseeds, coconut and 1 big tbsp almondbutter!

  3. Enjoy!

Super quick, super easy and I promise you, this one, will not disappoint!

Voor mijn dutchies, hier is het recept in het nederlands!

Ingredienten:

  • 50g teff vlokken

  • 1 el chiazaad

  • 1 tl kaneel

  • 1 snufje zout

  • 200ml plantaardige melk (ik gebruikte kokosmelk)

  • 2 el amandelpasta (crunchy)

  • verse aardbeien/blauwe bessen, lijnzaad en geroosterde kokosvlokken!

Methode:

  1. Verhit de plantaardige melk, zout, kaneel, chiazaad in een pannetje en als het warm is haal het van het vuur en voeg de teff vlokken en 1 el amandel pasta toe.

  2. Mix het allemaal samen en top het af met het fruit, lijnzaad, kokosflakes en nog een dikke el amandelpasta!

  3. Enjoy!
