CREAMY ACAI OVERNIGHT OATS (RICH IN ANTIOXIDANTS) | VG & GF







Acai is one of the most powerful berries in the world as it contains so many antioxidants! I love this berry so much 🤩 and still want to eat it despite the fact that the weather is getting colder. So, instead of frozen smoothies, I made a perfect delicious 🤤 OVERNIGHT OATS 🤩. I swear, it only takes 5 minutes to make and the next day (or after 2h) you got yourself such a delicious antioxidant rich meal! ✨

CREAMY ACAI OVERNIGHT OATS (RICH IN ANTIOXIDANTS) | VG & GF

🌱Ingredients:

◾️ 100g frozen acai pulp

◾️ 50g rolled oats

◾️ 1 tbsp chiaseeds

◾️ 100ml pea milk

◾️ 1 banana

◾️ 15g hazelnut butter 🌰

◾️ strawberries

◾️ cacao nibs


👩🏻‍🍳Method:

  1. Defreeze the açai pulp, you can place it in warm water or just let it sit for 5 minutes.

  2. Open the açai and add it to your blender together with 2/3 of the banana and the pea or plant milk. Blend until you get a smoothie.

  3. Add the oats and chiaseeds to a bowl, pour the açai smoothie in it and let it soak in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

  4. Top the next day with nut butter, the remaining banana, cacao nibs & fresh strawberries! Enjoy!
