I normally don't really drink coffee (@Nekohama Matcha forever), but sometimes I do really like the flavour so I like to incorporate it into my foods occasionally š because #intuitiveeating so I created these amazing delicious protein balls, which make a perfect pre-post workout snack as they only have 110 kcal per XXXL ball and 10g of protein! No more words, just make it! With this amazing protein powder from @myproteinnl ! Also no sugars or syrups, just my yellow friends š
āļøCOFFEE WALNUT PROTEIN BALLS (5 ingredients) | VG & GFāØ

ā¾ļø 2 ripe bananas (approx 220g)
ā¾ļø 60g @depindakaaswinkel smooth peanutbutter
ā¾ļø 150g @myproteinnl coffee walnut protein powder
ā¾ļø 1 cup of brewed coffee @nescafenl
ā¾ļø 50g walnuts @koro_nl
ā¾ļø grated coconut for rolling

Mash the bananas. In the mean time brew your favourite coffee. I used instant #student š©āš
Add the peanutbutter to the banana, then the coffeee and protein powder, mix until everything is well incorporated. If the mixture is too wet, add more protein powder, if not, add more peanutbutter.
Add the walnuts and set it in the fridge (optional) for 15 minutes before rolling them into balls! Optional to roll them in some grated coconut! š„„ Enjoy!
