CHOCOLATE WALNUT GRANOLA COCONUT YOGHURT BOWL (2 min) | VEGAN & GLUTENFREE




Sometimes we wake up and just want an ultimate quick breakfast don't we? Definitely if we're busy or just don't fancy to make something difficult at all... All you need is a good plant-based yoghurt (I posted my favourite vegan yoghurts a few days ago!) and you're ready to make this delicious filling healthy bowl! It will keep you full for long due to the healthy fats, nutritious berries & fibre rich nuts and seeds. So 2 minutes and your breakfast will let you shine all day!


Ingredients (1 portion):

  • 250g coconut yoghurt (I used @abbotkinneys Greek Style)

  • 250g berries & grapes

  • 2 squares of dark chocolate

  • 30g walnuts @koro_nl

  • 30g roasted nuts & seeds @meesters_van_de_halm

  • 10g goji berries

  • 10g flaxseeds

Method:

Wash the berries and grapes. Add coconut yoghurt to a bowl, add the fruit, and all the rest of the toppings!


That was easy wasn't it?


I absolutely love this bowl, it's super filling and gives you sustainable energy throughout the day! Also, have you tried this granola already? It's BOMB!
