Who doesn't like chocolate cake? I definitely do!! This cake is super easy and quick and extremely high in protein! It will be less fluffy if you make it vegan, but I promise the taste is amazing!! Currently really obsessed with @myproteinnl vegan salted caramel protein powder! It's honestly the best 🤩!
Ingredients:
2/3 ripe banana
1 scoop vegan salted caramel protein powder
1 egg*
2 tbsp vegan quark
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp nutbutter of choice
splash of plant milk
Method:
Mash the banana, add the nutbutter, protein powder, egg, cacao powder, maple syrup and plant milk to it and stir until you get a nice consistency.
Pour it into a baking dish and add 2 tbsp of quark in the middle. Let it bake for 20 min in a oven on 180 C.
