Guys, I came back from my workout, absolutely craving some waffles, and since I bought myself a waffle iron some time ago, I had no excuse NOT to make these! I used the amazing @myproteinnl chocolate peanutbutter caramel protein powder and OMG THIS WAS HEAVEN IN A BITE š¤¤š«š

š«š§š„CHOCOLATE PEANUTBUTTER CARAMEL PROTEIN WAFFLES (VG & GF)
INGREDIENTS (1 serving = 3 waffles):
ā¾ļø 50g oat flour
ā¾ļø 10g organic cacao powder
ā¾ļø 30g vegan chocolate peanutbutter caramel protein powder* @myproteinnl
ā¾ļø 80g of very ripe banana
ā¾ļø 1 tbsp maple syrup
ā¾ļø 1 date
ā¾ļø 15g peanutbutter coconut sea salt @depindakaaswinkel
ā¾ļø 1 pinch of salt
ā¾ļø 50ml of oat milk
ā¾ļø 1/2 tsp baking powder
ā¾ļø 1 (flax)-egg
*sub for 30g of almond flour + 1 tbsp cacao powder + 1 tbsp maple syrup + 10g coconut peanutbutter
Toppings: cacao nibs in panela, blueberries & cherries, coconut sea salt peanutbutter @depindakaaswinkel, chiaseeds, vanilla coco yog
Method:
Mix all the waffle ingredients together. Heat up waffle iron and add a little coconut oil in it. Add the batter and top with anything you like!
