CHOCOLATE PEANUTBUTTER CARAMEL PROTEIN WAFFLES (VG & GF)







Guys, I came back from my workout, absolutely craving some waffles, and since I bought myself a waffle iron some time ago, I had no excuse NOT to make these! I used the amazing @myproteinnl chocolate peanutbutter caramel protein powder and OMG THIS WAS HEAVEN IN A BITE 🤤🍫😏

🍫🧇🥜CHOCOLATE PEANUTBUTTER CARAMEL PROTEIN WAFFLES (VG & GF)

INGREDIENTS (1 serving = 3 waffles):

◾️ 50g oat flour

◾️ 10g organic cacao powder

◾️ 30g vegan chocolate peanutbutter caramel protein powder* @myproteinnl

◾️ 80g of very ripe banana

◾️ 1 tbsp maple syrup

◾️ 1 date

◾️ 15g peanutbutter coconut sea salt @depindakaaswinkel

◾️ 1 pinch of salt

◾️ 50ml of oat milk

◾️ 1/2 tsp baking powder

◾️ 1 (flax)-egg


*sub for 30g of almond flour + 1 tbsp cacao powder + 1 tbsp maple syrup + 10g coconut peanutbutter


Toppings: cacao nibs in panela, blueberries & cherries, coconut sea salt peanutbutter @depindakaaswinkel, chiaseeds, vanilla coco yog


Method:

Mix all the waffle ingredients together. Heat up waffle iron and add a little coconut oil in it. Add the batter and top with anything you like!
