Say hello to a high protein cheesecake in a jar! Cookies & Cream is such a heaven combination and with this thick chocolate yoghurt, I promise you, this dessert or breakfast will make your taste buds dance!
🍪Ingredients cookie base:
◾️ 1 tbsp vegan chocolate protein powder @myproteinnl
◾️ 1 tbsp hazelnut butter* @koro_nl
◾️ 1 tbsp agave syrup
◾️ 1 tsp cacao powder @koro_nl
◾️splash of plant milk
◾️ 10g cacao nibs @koro_nl
◾️ 1 tbsp oat flour
◾️ pinch of salt
🍫Ingredients chocolate yoghurt:
◾️200g thick vegan yoghurt (I used @oatly greek style)
◾️ 1 tbsp cacao powder @koro_nl
◾️ vanilla flavour drops** @myproteinnl
*sub for vegan nutella for even more deliciousness
** sub for 1 tbsp maple syrup + vanilla extract if you don't have them
👩🏻🍳Method:
Add all the cookie ingredients together and form a cookie. Microwave this baby for 1,5 minute on high and let it cool.
Mix the yoghurt ingredients together in a bowl.
Add the cookie layer to a jar and pour over the chocolate cream. Then top with a few more additions of your liking and set it in the fridge for at least 30 min.
