CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH BAKED OATS WITH SWEET POTATOE- VG & GF & HP

Ingredients:

◾️ 50g oat flour

◾️ 25g of vanilla or carrot cake protein powder @Myproteinnl

◾️ 1/2 tsp baking powder

◾️ 1 pinch of salt

◾️ 100g of sweet potatoe mash

◾️ 1/2 ripe banana

◾️ few splashes of oat milk

◾️ 20g chocolate chips

◾️ pumpkin pie spice (or use cinnamon)

◾️ 1 chocolate chip cookie

Method:

Blend everything together except the cookie. Pour into a baking dish, top with the cookie 🍪 and let it bake for 25 min on 170C. ENJOY! 😉
