Yo guys, have you seen the new overnight oats of @yoghurtbarn in the supermarkets already? They are absolutely easy when you are a busy student or worker! You can easily top them with a little yoghurt, peanutbutter or fruit, but WHY NOT JAZZZ IT UP A LITTLE? And make it NEXT LEVEL?? This SNICKERS PASTE will ABSOLUTELY STEAL THE SHOW! And make your breakfast from amazing to FANTASTIC! SO get your YOGHURT BARN @jumbo or @albertheijn AND LETS GO!! 🔥 I added some more straciatella to make it even better!
👩🏻🍳Ingredients:
◾️ 1 package of @yoghurtbarn chocolate overnight oats
◾️ 1 scoop chocolate protein powder @myprotiennl * + splash of almond milk @alpro
◾️ 15g peanutbutter
◾️ 90g banana 🍌 mashed
◾️ 10g whole grain flour
◾️ 1 tsp maple syrup
◾️ 1/2 tsp cinnamon (or more if you are like me 😆)
◾️ pinch of salt
◾️ 1 piece of 85% dark chocolate @handsoffmychocolate
◾️ 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt @alpro
◾️ blueberries & raspberries
*sub for more oatmeal or leave it out!
🍫Method:
Add 60g of the mashed banana into the chocolate overnight oats (I find them rather sour), optional to also add in a scoop of protein powder to add more protein!
We make the snickers paste by combining the peanutbutter, syrup, 30g mashed banana, flour, cinnamon (add as much as you like) 👍
Wash the berries and cut the chocolate into small pieces. Add the chocolate to the coconut yoghurt.
Add the chocolate overnight oats to a bowl. Top it with our snickers paste, sliced chocolate, berries and chocolate coconut yoghurt! (to get the pb-jelly-straciatella-experience 🙃)
