Carrot cake lover or protein ball lover? š„ VS š±
I couldn't choose so I made these! šHaha, perfect as a pre- or post-workout snack! Or any time of the day really! So this only takes 10 min max and you got yourself a delicious healthy protein rich filling treat!š¤©
š©š»āš³Ingredients:
ā¾ļø120g vegan carrot cake protein powder @myproteinnl*
ā¾ļø2 carrots
ā¾ļø80g vanilla coconut yoghurt
ā¾ļø50g walnuts @koro_nl
ā¾ļø50g raisins @koro_nl
ā¾ļøsplash of almond milk
ā¾ļøgingerbread spices @koro_nl
ā¾ļø1 very ripe banana
š©š»āš³Method:
Optional to shred the carrots and add them later or to blend it all together for a more mushy protein ball (what I did š¤©) and add all the other ingredients in a blender and blend/pulse until you get the desired consistency!
Set it in the fridge for 5 min and then form balls of them! I made them very big mwahahahoaa š. Top with a little dollop of coconut Yogurt and dig in!

120g vegan worteltaart eiwitpoeder @myproteinnl*
2 wortelen
80 g vanille-kokosyoghurt
50 g walnoten @koro_nl
50 g rozijnen @koro_nl
scheutje amandelmelk
peperkoek kruiden @koro_nl
1 zeer rijpe banaan
Methode: Optioneel om de wortels te raspen en later toe te voegen of om alles samen te mengen voor een meer smeuige eiwitbal (wat ik deed š¤©) en alle andere ingrediĆ«nten in een blender toe te voegen en te mixen / pulsen tot je de gewenste consistentie hebt! Zet het 5 min in de koelkast en vorm er dan balletjes van! Ik heb ze heel groot gemaakt mwahahahoaa š. Top met een kleine klodder kokosyoghurt en enjoy !
*sub voor 60g amandelmeel + 60g havermeel + 3 grote el ahornsiroop als je geen protein powder hebt!
