🍫BROWNIE PANCAKES YAY OR NAY?🍫
Girl, I was craving pancakes this morning, but only had overnight oats in the fridge haha, so I turned them into pancakes instead (call me genius 🧐), but I'm sure they work out perfectly fine as well without overnight oats 🤣. I added protein powder to boost the protein content, but feel free to skip it if you don't like protein powder 🥰.
Hands up if you love brownies too!
👩🏻🍳Ingredients:
◾️50g rolled oats @meesters_van_de_halm
◾️150ml @alpro hazelnut milk
◾️10g chiaseeds
◾️ 1 tbsp @koro_nl hazelnut butter*
◾️10g chocolate chips
◾️1 tbsp maple syrup
◾️1 tbsp @koro_nl cacao powder
◾️15g @myproteinnl vegan chocolate protein powder **
toppings: peanutbutter, banana, coconut yoghurt, berries, granola, cacao nibs
*sub for any nut butter or Nutella of choice
** sub for 20g oat flour + 1 tbsp cacao + 1 tbsp syrup instead
🥞Method:
Optional to first mix all the ingredients together and set it overnight in the fridge. Or just add it all to a blender and mix on high speed until you get a pancake batter 🤩.
Heat up coconut oil in the pan and bake these babies into pancakes!
Top with everything you like! I used pb, banana, yoghurt, cacao nibs, berries & granola!
