šŸ«BROWNIE PANCAKES YAY OR NAY?šŸ«


Girl, I was craving pancakes this morning, but only had overnight oats in the fridge haha, so I turned them into pancakes instead (call me genius 🧐), but I'm sure they work out perfectly fine as well without overnight oats 🤣. I added protein powder to boost the protein content, but feel free to skip it if you don't like protein powder 🄰.


Hands up if you love brownies too!


šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³Ingredients:

ā—¾ļø50g rolled oats @meesters_van_de_halm

ā—¾ļø150ml @alpro hazelnut milk

ā—¾ļø10g chiaseeds

ā—¾ļø 1 tbsp @koro_nl hazelnut butter*

ā—¾ļø10g chocolate chips

ā—¾ļø1 tbsp maple syrup

ā—¾ļø1 tbsp @koro_nl cacao powder

ā—¾ļø15g @myproteinnl vegan chocolate protein powder **


toppings: peanutbutter, banana, coconut yoghurt, berries, granola, cacao nibs


*sub for any nut butter or Nutella of choice

** sub for 20g oat flour + 1 tbsp cacao + 1 tbsp syrup instead


šŸ„žMethod:

  1. Optional to first mix all the ingredients together and set it overnight in the fridge. Or just add it all to a blender and mix on high speed until you get a pancake batter 🤩.

  2. Heat up coconut oil in the pan and bake these babies into pancakes!

  3. Top with everything you like! I used pb, banana, yoghurt, cacao nibs, berries & granola!
