Bounty is always good right? and this overnight oats is just one of my favourites to make! So creamy and satisfying! Normally it's with white coconut ball, but I subbed it for Amy all time favourite black version of it...


I promise, it tastes even better! But I gave the white version too!


🄄 Bounty Overnight Oats 2.0 with a sweet black sesame ball (GF & VG)

Ingredients:

ā—¾ļø 50g rolled oats

ā—¾ļø 100ml creamy coconut milk

ā—¾ļø 80g coconut yoghurt

ā—¾ļø 1tsp maple syrup

ā—¾ļø 1 pinch of salt

ā—¾ļø 1/2 tsp vanilla

ā—¾ļø optional: 1 tbsp cashew butter or vegan white chocolate spread @sovegansofinenl


🌓 toppings:

ā—¾ļø 20g black sesame powder*

ā—¾ļø 1 tsp maple syrup

ā—¾ļø 1 tsp shredded coconut


*if no black sesame powder, just use another tsp of shredded coconut for a white ball


Method:

Mix all the base ingredients together. Set for 2h in the fridge. Make the ball by combining all other ingredients together. Serve! I also added some banana, raspberries & cacao nibs!
