ALMOND CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BALLS (NO POWDER!) | VG & GF & HP





Protein balllsss (my love next to bars, but they taste somehow different šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø). Am I the only one who thinks that? Haha, I think so lol... Anyway, since some of you don't have protein powder, I made some protein balls with no powder and are still high in protein due to the almonds! šŸŒ° I used the BEST ALMOND BUTTER I ever had šŸ¤© @Koro_nl this one is SO SMOOTH IT"S INSANEšŸ„ŗ


šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³Ingredients:

ā—¾ļø 40g almond butter @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø 10g cacao powder @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø 20g almond flour

ā—¾ļø 25g ground almonds @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø 1 pinch of salt

ā—¾ļø 10g date syrup @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø 15g roasted pumpkin seeds

ā—¾ļø 15g goji berries @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø plant milk


šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³Method:

  1. Mix the cacao powder, almond flour, ground almonds and salt together in a bowl.

  2. Mix the date syrup, almond butter together and add it to the other ingredients. Mix mix mix with ur hands šŸ™Œ.

  3. Knead in the pumpkin seeds and goji berries, add plant milk if the batter is too dry.

  4. Set it in the fridge for 15 minutes and enjoy šŸ˜Š!

With about 7g of protein per ball (I got 5 out of this), it's def a good one to try!
