Healthy dessert? LIKE IF YOU WANT IT!
This chocolate mousse or pudding, whatever you want to call it is super rich and creamy and so satisfying! The tofu makes it high protein which is a win win! No milk or heavy creams needed, just some very regular ingredients and voila! You got yourself a delicious dessert!
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 (𝟐 𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬):
250g firm tofu (yes firm! not silken!)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ripe banana
2 splashes of almond milk
1 pinch of salt
20g raw cacao powder*
Toppings: @handsoff my chocolate dark chocolate, fresh strawberries
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝: Just add everything to a blender and blend until you get a smooth and creamy texture! Optional to add more maple syrup for sweetness! Add any toppings of your liking! *If you don't have cacao powder, optional to melt 30g vegan dark chocolate instead! Works great too! 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐳𝐲 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭?
