5 INGREDIENTS CHOCOLATE PUDDING PARFAIT | VEGAN & GLUTENFREE





🤩I love chocolate so so so much, I could eat it for breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack hahaha, what about you? 😆This chocolate pudding parfait is perfect if you crave something sweet in the evening after dinner. It's filling and so satisfying!😇 Definitely if you have a sweet tooth like me 😜. The blueberries and banana add some healthy antioxidants and the coconut yoghurt in the middle is just amazing together with the crunchy granola with matcha, which adds another level of anti-oxidants so you feel healthy 😆!


👩🏻‍🍳Ingredients:

◾️200g chocolate pudding of choice

◾️1/2 banana

◾️100g blueberries

◾️50g thick coconut yoghurt

◾️30g matcha granola @NEKOHAMA


👩🏻‍🍳Method:

1. Add the chocolate pudding at the bottom of a glass, then cut the banana into coins and add it together with the blueberries. Then add a thick dollop of coconut yoghurt and top with granola!

2. Enjoy!
