This superfresh wakame quinoa salad is PERFECT FOR SUMMER! You only need a couple of ingredients and you can make this delicious salad! I used the wakame from @kazidominl which is literally AMAZING!
Ingredients (2 portions):
120g dry quinoa
40g raisins
20g wakame (dry) @kazidominl
1 can corn
2 tbsp garlic olive oil
Method:
Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions.
Soak the wakame in 100ml water for 30min.
Once the quinoa and wakame are done, add everything together and enjoy!

2 el knoflook olijfolie
Methode:
Kook de quinoa volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking.
Week de wakame 30 minuten in 100 ml water.
Als de quinoa en wakame klaar zijn, alles bij elkaar voegen en genieten maar!
Easy right? Wakame is such a healthy seaweed and addition to your meal! I served it with roasted veggies and my own marinated salmon (best salmon ever I swear!)
