5 INGREDIENT SPINACH GNOCCHI PASTA WITH VEGAN CHICKEN | QUICK & EASY & GF





You love Gnocchi?šŸ¤© Well, last week I discovered it because I found the spinach & basil gnocchi from @lidlnederland and OMG I WAS SOLD! Funny to think that before I had never tried gnocchi before in my life! This recipe is super tasty and quick to make! You can of course add more veggies & spices to make it a bit more fancier šŸ˜


šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³Ingredients (2 portions):

ā—¾ļø1 package of Spinach & Basil Gnocchi @lidlnederland (400g)

ā—¾ļø500g of vegan pasta sauce (or make your own šŸ¤©

ā—¾ļø1 package of vegan chicken @devegetarischeslager

ā—¾ļø4 big handfulls of spinach

ā—¾ļø2 tbsp olive oil & salt & pepper to taste


Optional: fresh basil, nutritional yeast, garlic, union, other veggies, olives etc be creative! Adding some vegan mozzarella is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!šŸ¤©



šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³Method:

Heat up 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and add the gnocchi to the pan with the vegan chicken and pasta sauce. Add salt & pepper to taste. Let this cook for 5 minutes and then add the spinach! Let it cook for another minute and tadaaa! Highly recommend to add vegan mozzarella now through it ;) Top with some nooch if you want too!
