Matchaaaa, my all time love. No day without! And ever since I discovered the BEST MATCHA FROM NEKOHAMA I never go a day without! Matcha is also good in so many recipes, so I promise you, this crepe is not only super delicious but also super quick and easy to make!
Get your Matcha and get started!
Ingredients Matcha crepe:
25g buckwheat flour
1 tsp Matcha @NEKOHAMA
60ml oat milk
1 pinch of salt
optional: 1 tsp chiaseeds
Ingredients vanilla cream:
80g vegan cream cheese
80g thick coconut yoghurt
2 tsp maple syrup
vanilla extract (or sub with vanilla flavourdrops
Toppings:
apple sautéed in coconut oil, raisins and cinnamon
peanut butter
Method:
Mix all crepe ingrdients in a glass and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Heat up coconut oil in a pan and add the mixture.
Bake a large crepe of it!
Mix all vanilla cream ingredients together.
Sautee apple pieces with coconut oil, raisins and cinnamon.
Add the vanilla cream, apple pie mixture to the crepe and top with peanutbutter!
