3 INGREDIENT GRANOLA PEANUT BUTTER CUPS



You know how much I love the combination of peanut butter and chocolate right? Well, as I am currently also eating granola every single day 🤣 (I have quite some recipes already up on the blog and so much more is coming 🙃) I combined the best of all worlds! This recipe is originally by the one and only @pamela_rf but what did I do different? 🤣 I used a date cinnamon peanut butter 🥜🤤 I promise, the combination of the dark chocolate, with the sweet cinnamon creamy peanut butter and the crunchy granola 🤤 gets all the taste buds in your mouth dancing 💃🏻. The taste is incredible, while it is SUPER EASY to make!


Peanut butter

Well guys, I absolutely loveeee my nut butters as you know 🤣. One of my all-time favourite nut butters stays: peanut 🥜. I love the taste and the macros are incredible too as peanut is one of the nuts that are higher in protein! Together with almond they are ranking among the highest protein nuts 🥜💪🏻. Did you know that? These granola peanut butter cups are perfect as a little snack after a decadent (Easter?) dinner perhaps or just as a topping on your granola bowls, yoghurt parfaits or oatmeal! I used my favourite peanut butter from @depindakaaswinkel in the flavour: DATE CINNAMON 💓. I swear, this is literally the best peanut butter I ever tasted🤤🤤🤤. The combination of the sweet dates, the flavourful cinnamon and the creamy peanut butter is just everything 🥜🤤. I swear I can eat this every single day 💃🏻.


Substitutions Jen?

Well, there aren't a lot of things we can substitute in a 3 ingredient recipe do we 🙃? Anyways, here are some suggestions for twists!

  • Chocolate: I used dark chocolate, but any chocolate would work! I promise the matcha chocolate from @NEKOHAMA would be amazingggg for this 🤤. Or maybe some vegan milk chocolate? Or white chocolate? Endless options.

  • Peanut butter: why only peanut butter cups? You can basically use any nut butter! Cashew, almond, pistache, macadamia, pecan, walnut ...

  • Granola: I used the AMAZINGGGG GRANOLA from @naturally_pam (Pamela I love your granola 🤤🥺) but any granola works! I have sooo many granola recipes on my blog! Just search: "granola" and you will have lots more suggestions!

3 INGREDIENT GRANOLA PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

INGREDIENTS:

(vegan & gluten free)

⏰5 min + 2h fridge

▪️50g of vegan chocolate

▪️30g of peanut butter (I used date-cinnamon)

▪️granola


Method:

1️⃣ Melt the chocolate and add 10g of smooth peanut butter. This will make sure the cups are super creamy!

2️⃣Divide the mixture into small silicone or ice cream molds. Add a blob of your favourite peanut butter (mine is the date-cinnamon 🤤🤤🤤) in the middle.

3️⃣Add another layer of chocolate and sprinkle some granola on top🙋🏻‍♀️! Put them in the fridge for 2h+ to harden. ENJOY! 🤤🤤🤤
