โพ๏ธ 30g chiaseeds
โพ๏ธ 150ml creamy coconut milk @koro_nl
โพ๏ธ 150ml coconut yoghurt @abbotkinneys
โพ๏ธ 1/2 ripe banana mashed
โพ๏ธ 2 tbsp pumpkin puree @koro_nl
โพ๏ธ 1 tbsp maple syrup @koro_nl
โพ๏ธ vanilla extract
โพ๏ธ pumpkin spice @koro_nl
toppings: strawberries, granola, nuts, seeds, anything you want!
Method:
Add the chiaseeds, coconut milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract in a jar and set it in the fridge for about 2 hours (or more).
When you're ready to eat. Mix the banana with the coconut yoghurt and add it on top of the chia pudding.
Top with anything you want!
